Service Terms

1. Michal from Jewish Matches does her best to fulfill your wishes regarding the person you are looking for.

I choose the most suitable candidates for you according to your requirements and subject to the database at my disposal. The database is dynamic and updated monthly.

2. When is a proposal for a date considered in the number of proposals? When I offered you a candidate and you decided to meet them after you received a full description of them including a photo and also talked to them on the phone.

3. In the case where you spoke on the phone after I proposed the candidate and expressed interest, but you decided not to meet - I do not consider this a proposal in the number of proposals, but after two (2) cases in which after I described the candidate to you and expressed interest, you spoke on the phone but as mentioned decided not to meet them.

4. Considering the fact that I offer you a candidate who meets the criteria you mentioned in your questionnaire and in our meeting, in case you refuse To meet a candidate that I suggested to you based on the candidate's appearance or other reasons, and their number exceeds three (3) these proposals will count as one proposal in the number of proposals.

5. In the event that the number of months of service has expired but we have not reached for one reason or another (for example: you started dating a candidate I suggested to you or alternatively you refused a large number of offers) i shall fulfill the number of offers agreed upon and continue providing service until the time when we reach the offer quota.

6. In case you started dating a candidate and you would like to "freeze" the service, you must notify me and then we will "freeze" the service until further notice.

7. The customer hereby confirms that the details he/she filled out in the questionnaire and in front of Michal and Jewish Matches are true and correct and understands that no refund will be offered.
